MODIFIED BITUMEN ROOF:
A roof covering that is typically composed of a factory-fabricated composite sheet consisting of a copolymer modified bitumen which is typically reinforced with polyester and/or fiberglass and installed in one or more plies. The membrane is commonly surfaced with field-applied coatings, factory-applied granules or metal foil. The roof system may incorporate rigid insulation.

Note: With the different designs of roof systems that modified bitumen offers, we find that they are the most cost effective when it comes to your particular roof design and/or needs. (5 - 35 year life span)

Note: We love this system and it fits most building owners budgets and with the proper maintenance (in our opinion) will outlast any other roof system. Most importantly, if a heat welded torch application is specified, a well trained and certified roofing crew is a must. With a proper specification, design, application, and maintenance, the industry has seen these type of roofs last 35+ years.
